The Awards are presented under three categories:

• Green Initiatives Excellence Award
• Digital Infrastructure & Innovation Award
• Early Childhood Education Excellence Award

Schools will be evaluated under two classifications:

• Emerging Schools (Established within the last 15 years)
• Established Schools (Operational for more than 15 years)

Yes. A participation fee is applicable for each category.

Yes. Schools can apply in multiple award categories, subject to applicable participation fees for each category.

No. Once paid, the fee is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable under any circumstances.

Applications can be edited and saved as drafts until final submission. After submission, changes can only be made if the application is reverted by the Admin/Jury for additional information or corrections.

Applicants may be required to provide institutional details, responses to category-specific questions, supporting documents, photographs, reports, policies, presentations, and other relevant evidence.

The evaluation process will include screening, Jury assessments, and Final Jury evaluation. Additional interactions or on-site assessments may be conducted if required.

Yes. Institution identities may be masked during the evaluation process to ensure fairness, objectivity, and unbiased assessment by the Jury.

Applicants will receive status updates through the portal and registered email ID at different stages of the awards process.
