Awards Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before submitting your application for the CII School Education Excellence Awards.
Eligibility & Application Review
CII reserves the right to accept, reject, shortlist, or disqualify any application at any stage if found ineligible, incomplete, misleading, or not aligned with the awards criteria.
Participation Fee Policy
The application and participation fee is a one-time, non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable payment under any circumstances, including withdrawal or disqualification.
No Guarantee of Recognition
Submission of an application does not guarantee shortlisting, recognition, award conferment, or progression to subsequent stages of evaluation.
Accuracy of Information
All information, documents, declarations, and claims submitted by the institution must be accurate and authentic. CII and the Jury may request additional clarifications or evidence.
Evidence for Institutional Claims
Any claim such as “unique”, “first”, “exclusive”, “best”, or “leading” must be supported with appropriate evidence wherever requested.
Evaluation Methodology
The evaluation process may include screening, jury assessment, presentations, interactions, or on-site visits. CII reserves the right to modify timelines, scoring criteria, or methodologies without prior notice.
Final Decision Authority
The decision of the Jury and CII shall be final and binding in all matters related to evaluation, scoring, shortlisting, and awards.
Confidentiality & Usage Rights
Information shared by applicants may be used for evaluation, reporting, publications, case studies, or promotional materials while maintaining confidentiality wherever appropriate.
Withdrawal of Recognition
CII reserves the right to withdraw, revoke, or withhold any recognition or award if submitted information is later found incorrect, misleading, plagiarised, or unlawful.
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting the application, the applicant institution confirms that it has read, understood, and agreed to abide by all terms, guidelines, decisions, and processes related to the Awards.
